New! Guess the person game!

I wanted to try something new, so let's play a little game.

Do you know who this is? Fine, since this is the first time I'm doing this, I'll give you a hint: he's a famous youtuber. Still don't know? Fine fine, he's British. No more hints!

The first person to comment back with his name will get a "Brava!! Bravo!!" and recognition from me! Maybe later I'll start doing giveaways!

My Farm Life Adventures

Hey guys!

I know I said I'd post Friday...I'm sorry. I literally dropped dead at nine thirty, which is freaky. Studying for the bio test kept me up for half the night, so that might be why. But that's no excuse! I'll recount some highlights of my childhood on the farm, and hope you find them amusing!

Now, this was literally a farm. We had acres of land for growing vegetables, we had a cow, and a small house in a tiny neighborhood in the middle of nowhere. To get to school, I had to take a bus for nearly an hour. Anyways, we also had no plumbing, so the only two bathrooms were a metal bowl inside or a hole outside. I kinda lived like a hippie, I guess. I was an extremely picky child, and only ate ramen noodles, mushroom soup, and dumpling. I was also a very skinny, unfit child.

My grandpa was always working in the farms and my grandma often went to a "old people gathering to play games" kinda thing in the front of the town, so I often just kicked back at home and watched TV. I was an expert on Pokemon at one point. There weren't any kids in the neighborhood but three sisters, who were all older than me and played with each other. And so I lived my quiet, fulfilling life.

Now, there's this story of how my grandpa was really rich as a boy, kinda like a prince. Then came the Korean War, and all the money and the servants disappeared. He took to drinking in his poorness, and to this day he drinks and yells outside at not particularly anything. My grandma didn't like it, and neither did I. I'd stare at him as he drunkenly swore at the empty night sky at like ten in the evening. So, one day, I wrote on the wooden door, "Grandpa, if you don't stop drinking, Grandma will stop making food for you". This was in marker, so it's still on their door today. I was about five years old, so the handwriting wasn't great either.  It didn't stop his drinking, but it did make a wonderful childhood story that they tell me every chance they get.

So there you have it folks! The boring, precocious young child I was. There are so many more stories, but next week is going to be "Scrumptious School Days". See you tomorrow!
